Personal Training

Fitness should be enjoyable, as a personal trainer, we will work together to identify measurable and attainable goals for you.  We will develop a program and exercises that will become the foundation for your exercise training.  We will meet and discuss your exercise and medical history, expectations, goals, and time commitment.  If you have sport specific training, such as golf, skiing, or tennis, or recovering from an injury or surgery, we will discuss the progression of exercises to attain your goals within a measurable timeline.  I train clients in my studio in Bay View, and private studios in Anacortes and Mount Vernon and off-site.  I have experience training clients on their own equipment or I am able to provide portable equipment.

Personal training options include individual training, duets (two people), to small groups.  Price depends on how many training sessions purchased, training location, number of clients, and duration.
