Payment Policies​

​Madrona Studio accepts cash, check, or Venmo payment at the time of service. Checks returned by the bank will be subject to an additional $30 fee.

First Time Appointments

All clients are required to fill out intake forms, liability waivers/disclosures, and read policies before their first session or class.​                          

Cancellation Policy

Madrona Studio requires all sessions and class reservations to be canceled by 5 pm the night before the scheduled session or class. I understand that time is valuable to everyone. Adequate time to fill a vacant spot helps your fellow clients and instructor, so please call or text Elise at 360.708.4568 your cancellation as early as possible.

• ​Cancellations after 5 pm on the day before the scheduled session or class and no shows will be charged the full price of the session or class.​
  
• If you arrive late to your session or class, you will be charged for the full price and the session or class will end at the scheduled time.
  
• If you are using a gift certificate and cancel after 5 pm on the day before the scheduled session or class or do not show up, the gift certificate will be forfeited.
